We’re here to support the principles you’re learning. This is the space where you can bridge what you're learning and keep practicing it between classes — how it shows up in different people and real time moments.
In our workshops you can also connect with others in your community and refine your tools to help you show up confidently in your next class—and beyond.
How This Started
Born from real struggles, built for real success

When Laura and Diane first met as NYU students in New York City, they had no idea they’d one day reconnect to support the next generation of Pilates instructors. But years later, a surprise reunion in Southern California revealed a shared passion: Pilates.
For Diane, Pilates had been life-changing. Inspired to deepen her practice, she enrolled in a teacher training program. But coming from a different industry—with no built-in Pilates network, a full-time job, and a long commute to weekend intensives—she quickly ran into common roadblocks: inconsistent momentum, limited local studio access, and a lack of affordable, ongoing support. Progress stalled—until she began working with Laura. That changed everything.
Through that experience, they saw a clear gap: students needed support between classes. Consistent. Accessible. Personalized. Affordable. So they decided to build it.
By combining Laura’s depth of teaching expertise with Diane’s fresh perspective on balancing training, career, and life, they created a practical, student-centered path forward—designed to keep aspiring instructors on track and thriving.
Tailored support. Real solutions.
