How This Started

Born from real struggles, built for real success

  • When Laura and Diane first met as NYU students in New York City, they had no idea they’d one day team up for students. But years later, a surprise reconnection in SoCal uncovered a shared passion: Pilates.

After Pilates transformed her well-being, Diane enrolled for her Pilates teacher training certification. Coming from another industry without a Pilates community, long distance to weekend intensives while working full-time, she met with the common struggles: long gaps between sessions, limited local studio access + lack of affordable support. Momentum stalled—until she started working with Laura, that changed everything.

That experience sparked something bigger. They realized this kind of in-between support—consistent, accessible, customizable, and affordable—was exactly what was needed. So they teamed up to create it.

By combining Laura’s teaching expertise with Diane’s fresh perspective on juggling training with career + family, they created a plan where aspiring instructors can practice and grow —laying the foundation for success.

Tailored support. Real solutions. We get it.
